At Royalty Designs Boutique, we offer two ways to order, depending on your needs and timeline. Our heart is to serve you with excellence, creativity, and clarity throughout the process.
How to Place a Custom or Group Order
If you do not see the size, color, or inventory you are looking for, we may be able to create it for you.
First, complete our Custom Order Request Form.
This allows us to review your request and guide you through the next steps.
After submission, we will contact you by email to confirm availability, timeline, and pricing, and to send an invoice if your order is approved.
Frequently Asked Questions
What is the difference between in-stock and custom orders?
In-stock items are ready-made and ship within 1–3 business days.
Custom and group orders are made specifically for you and typically require 2–5 weeks, starting after deposit and design approval.
How long do custom and group orders take?
Production typically takes 2–5 weeks and begins once the deposit is received and the design is approved.
What if I don’t see my size or color listed?
If your size, color, or inventory is not listed, it may still be available as a custom or group order by submitting a request form.
Do you guarantee your products?
Yes. We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of every piece. All items are created prayerfully and with excellence.
How does sizing work?
Sizing is based on U.S. standard sizes.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate sizes. Guidance is available upon request.
Kids and extended sizes are available upon request for custom and group orders.
Can I make changes after approving the design?
Once production begins, changes may not be possible. Approved changes before production may affect the timeline.
Will colors look exactly the same as on my screen?
We match colors carefully, but slight variations may occur due to dye lots, lighting, and screen settings.
How do I send reference images?
After submitting the form, email reference images to rdb@hotaischool.com and include your name in the subject line.
How do payments work for custom orders?
Custom orders are invoiced.
• Zelle (no fees)
• Credit card (3% processing fee)
A 25% deposit is required to begin production.
All deposits and payments for custom and group orders are non-refundable.
Do you offer design flexibility for group orders?
Yes. Design flexibility is available exclusively for group orders.
You may:
- Combine elements from different designs
- Add or remove sleeves
- Adjust length (shorter or longer)
- Transform designs into skirts, tunics, or other variations
- Change colors and fabrics
We will guide you, confirm what will work well, and offer suggestions to ensure quality and consistency.
Do you offer support for group orders?
Yes. A Zoom meeting with the designer, Delki Rosso, may be scheduled to assist with planning, sizing, colors, and coordination.
