Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

The product must be in its original, unused, and unworn condition.

All tags, labels, and packaging must remain intact.

You must request a return within 14 days of the delivery date.

Custom-made items are final sale and cannot be returned unless defective.
How to Request a Return

Clearly state your reason for returning the item. (Note: Once submitted, this reason cannot be changed.)

After your request is approved, you’ll receive detailed instructions on how to proceed.

Pack your product securely in its original packaging.

Ship it to the address provided by our customer service team.
Important: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Upon Receipt & Inspection

If the returned product is in original condition and the return is approved, store credit will be issued for future purchases.

Refunds are issued only if the item is defective or if your order was canceled due to unavailability.

Please allow up to 7 business days after approval for processing.

2. Customer Responsibility (Changed Mind / Wrong Item Ordered)

If you simply changed your mind or ordered incorrectly, you may still return eligible items.

You are responsible for actual return shipping costs.

No restocking fee will be charged.
Exchanges

We gladly accept exchanges for non-custom items in original condition.

The fastest way to receive your desired item is to return your item for approval and place a new order using the issued store credit.
Refunds
