At Royalty Designs Boutique, we are committed to providing high-quality products and ensuring your complete satisfaction. If you are not fully happy with your purchase, you may be eligible for a return, exchange, or store credit under the terms outlined below.


Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be in its original, unused, and unworn condition.

  • All tags, labels, and packaging must remain intact.

  • You must request a return within 14 days of the delivery date.

  • Custom-made items are final sale and cannot be returned unless defective.


How to Request a Return

  1. Email our customer service team at rdb@hotaischool.com to request a return.

  2. Clearly state your reason for returning the item. (Note: Once submitted, this reason cannot be changed.)

  3. After your request is approved, you’ll receive detailed instructions on how to proceed.

  4. Pack your product securely in its original packaging.

  5. Ship it to the address provided by our customer service team.

Important: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.


Upon Receipt & Inspection

  • If the returned product is in original condition and the return is approved, store credit will be issued for future purchases.

  • Refunds are issued only if the item is defective or if your order was canceled due to unavailability.

  • Please allow up to 7 business days after approval for processing.

Our Fees & Policies

1. Damages & Defective Products

  • Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • For defective or incorrect products, return shipping is fully covered by us.

2. Customer Responsibility (Changed Mind / Wrong Item Ordered)

  • If you simply changed your mind or ordered incorrectly, you may still return eligible items.

  • You are responsible for actual return shipping costs.

  • No restocking fee will be charged.


Exchanges

  • We gladly accept exchanges for non-custom items in original condition.

  • The fastest way to receive your desired item is to return your item for approval and place a new order using the issued store credit.


Refunds

  • Refunds are only provided if:

    1. The item is defective, or

    2. The order is canceled due to unavailability.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.

  • If it takes longer than 7 business days, please contact us at rdb@hotaischool.com.


Order Cancellation Policy

  • If your order is canceled due to unavailability or an error on our end, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.
