At Royalty Designs Boutique, we are committed to providing high-quality, one-of-a-kind pieces and ensuring your complete satisfaction. Since 2009, we’ve proudly stood behind every garment and prophetic accessory we create. Please review our updated Return & Exchange Policy below.

Return & Exchange Window

  • Customers must contact us within 7 days of receiving their order to report any issues and obtain approval for a return or exchange.
  • Approved returns or exchanges must be shipped back within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

  • If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days at rdb@hotaischool.com.

  • We will cover all return shipping costs for defective or incorrect products.

  • Once the item is received and inspected, you may choose between:

    • A full refund to your original payment method, or

    • An exchange for the same item.

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item.

Exchanges for Non-Defective Items

  • If you wish to exchange an item that is not defective, you may request approval within 7 days and ship it back within 30 days.
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs on non-defective exchanges.
  • Store credit or an exchange will be provided — no refunds on non-defective items.

Custom-Made & Final Sale Items

  • All custom-made items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded unless the item arrives defective or incorrect.

  • Any products labeled Final Sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Processing Time

  • For approved refunds, please allow 5–7 business days after we receive your returned item for the funds to appear in your bank or payment account.

  • Exchanges are processed once the original item is received and inspected.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

  1. Email us at rdb@hotaischool.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

  2. Include your order number, product details, and photos if the item is defective or damaged.

  3. Await confirmation and follow the return instructions we provide.

  4. Pack your item securely in the original packaging with all tags and labels intact.
